Delivery Times - Australian Orders
All orders are shipped from our Melbourne Warehouse. We endeavour to pick, pack and dispatch your order within 72 hours. All of our shipments are sent via Australia Post and shipping times will vary based on your location. Please see further details below explaining shipping times for your state:
Same-state deliveries (Victoria)
Parcel Post:
- Allow up to 9-15 business days
Interstate deliveries
Tracking Your Order
Upon dispatch of your order, a tracking number email/sms notification will be sent to you for ease of reference. You may track the progress of your shipment at anytime via our shipping partners portal. All parcels are sent via our courier Australia Post. Please note, orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery Times – New Zealand Orders
All orders are shipped from our Melbourne Warehouse. We endeavour to pick, pack and dispatch your order within 24-48 hours. You will receive your order within 9 -15 business days following dispatch. Your tracking number will be emailed and/ or SMS to you via Australia Post within 1-2 business days following dispatch.
What happens if I am not home to receive my order?
If no one is home to receive your delivery, Australia Post will leave it in a safe place. If there is no safe place, it will be taken to a local Post Office and Australia Post will email you when it’s available to collect.
